Pölkky Group has started preparation for a group merger. With the merger, the subsidiaries Ulea Oy, Kitkawood Oy, Kajaaniwood Oy and Pölkky Metsä Kmo Oy will merge into Pölkky Oy.
The merger will be completed during the fiscal year 2021. The merger reshapes and streamlines Pölkky operations and administration, and emphasizes one Pölkky as a unified company.
