High-quality and stress-graded frame building products for timber building construction. The products are manufactured from densely-grained, strong northern pine and spruce timbers. Thanks to its natural characteristics, the strength of the Nordic pine and spruce raw material is ideally containing strength and durability.
The timber building product family carries a range of different building products, from frame posts to subfloor and roof structures. The products are sorted into standard stress classes by mechanical or visual stress grading. The maximum length of finger-jointed products is 13.6 metres. Stress graded timber has a thickness of from 36 to 48 mm, widths of70 mm upwards. The most common building strength class is C24. Polkky framing can be produced to fixed lengths according to customers’ request.
