Pölkky Oy’s management team is being renewed and strengthened. M.Sc. Tech. Tero Dillström started as Chief Technical Officer on June 13, 2022. Tero is responsible for leading the technical development team and implementing the company’s development and investment plan. Dr. Adm. Sc., Maria Virranniemi will start in her renewed position as Chief Strategy Officer. In addition to leading strategy work, she is responsible for the company’s marketing and communication function.
At the beginning of May 2022, Jaana Lyhykäinen started as HR Director at Pölkky. In her diverse role, Jaana will lead, coordinate, and implement the everyday HR function together with Pölkky’s competent team – not forgetting continuous improvement and development work.
